Pellokon, a village in Eastern Liberia, is unable to attract teachers and nurses due to its remoteness and lack of suitable housing for professional to improve lives therein.  The children often miss school terms for lack of teachers.  The sick have to wait 2 - 3 weeks to see a nurse.

Shortage of nurses in a community is bad. But unwillingness of nurses to accept permanent assignments in an area is the worst.  The health care services in Pellokon is being provided by visiting nurses.

Please help house teachers and nurses for Pellokon and  8 surrounding villages. Your gift of $50 provides 250 concrete blocks to help raise the wall in order to have the children in classes by March 2026, and to end wait time for the sick.
